Mars Drinks Flavia
For this project, I led the design of a multi platform coffee experience for Mars Flavia, enabling customers to seamlessly choose and order beverages across mobile devices, desktop computers, and in store kiosks. My focus was on creating an intuitive, visually engaging interface that simplifies decision making while reflecting the premium quality and rich flavor variety of the brand.
To inform design decisions, I developed a detailed customer journey map covering the key stages: Discovery, Selection, Customization, Payment, and Enjoyment. In Discovery, users explore coffee options via mobile apps, websites, or in store signage. During Selection, they browse drink types, read descriptions, and compare flavors across platforms. The Customization stage allows adjustments like size, milk type, flavor shots, or brewing strength, with immediate visual feedback. Payment is designed to be frictionless through saved preferences, mobile wallets, or in store kiosks, while Enjoyment emphasizes receiving the perfect coffee and sharing the experience, fostering emotional connection and repeat visits.
By aligning the design strategy with this journey, I ensured a consistent, effortless coffee experience across all platforms. Every touchpoint, from responsive mobile interfaces to interactive in store purchases, was crafted to reduce friction, enhance engagement, and deepen brand connection. The result is a unified, multi channel experience that strengthens Mars Flavia’s brand loyalty, encourages repeat orders, and elevates its presence in a competitive coffee market.
