For this project, I led the UX design of a large-scale eCommerce platform, focusing on optimizing the checkout experience. Our team conducted in-depth research to uncover gaps and pain points in the existing checkout process, gaining insights into user behavior and friction points. Using these insights, I redesigned the checkout flow to create a smoother, more intuitive experience, while strategically integrating opportunities to drive sales of warranties and cross-sell products without disrupting the user journey.​​​​​​​
I translated research findings into user-centered flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes using Figma, enabling rapid iteration and close collaboration with stakeholders. The result was a checkout experience that not only improved usability but also supported business goals by increasing engagement and revenue opportunities.
