USPS Postal Store
As the Lead Creative and UX Designer for the USPS Postal Store eCommerce platform, I was responsible for overseeing the visual design strategy and managing all creative assets across digital channels. This included managing product imagery, designing homepage and promotional banners, creating social media graphics, and producing marketing and transactional emails. By ensuring consistency across all brand touchpoints, I elevated the Postal Store’s digital presence while maintaining strict compliance with USPS brand standards and accessibility requirements.

In addition to creative direction, I focused on user experience improvements that streamlined the customer journey. I redesigned high-traffic pages, optimized checkout flows, and refined product image presentations to enhance usability and engagement. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, I applied user-centered design principles to improve site navigation, search functionality, and overall discoverability, while also leveraging modern tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Photoshop to prototype and iterate efficiently.
Through this work, I helped position the USPS Postal Store as a more intuitive, accessible, and engaging eCommerce experience. My contributions not only supported seasonal campaigns and marketing initiatives but also drove measurable improvements in conversion rates, organic traffic, and customer satisfaction. By balancing creative leadership and UX strategy, I ensured that the platform served both the practical needs of customers and the evolving digital goals of USPS.
